Description

Built for 10 years, from 1964 through 1974 Plymouth built the Barracuda and the later cars known strictly as the Cuda. The first and second generation cars were built from 64-69 and the third generation cars beginning in 1970 was all new and would remove all commonality with the Valiant including the original fastback design. The all-new model styled by John Herlitz built a shorter, wider version on the B-platform calling it the E-Body. This design is what really a 2-door pony car looked like. And just like every other mopar muscle cars, their was a plethora of engine options offered including the baddest of the bad, the 426 cubic Inch Hemi and the collosal 7.2 liter 440 cubic inch beast. This particular killer example is finished in Burnt Orange over black with a numbers matching engine and NON numbers transmission. This car comes with its original fender tag and is a really quality example of a great driver quality car. The paint is good, the trim is good, interior is really nice, the underside shows well with no rot. Mechanically this car seems really good and has been gone through recently. It starts right up, drives like it should and garnishes all the looks.
